Why we ask for photos
Clear photos let us prepare faster, more accurate estimates without an initial site visit. Uploading photos is optional — you can always request an on-site consultation instead.
What you can upload
- Up to 8 images per request, 10 MB each
- JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, and HEIC formats
- Photos of the items, surfaces, or driveway relevant to your project
Please avoid including people, licence plates, documents, or other personal or sensitive content in your photos.
How photos are stored and used
Photos are transmitted securely and used only to assess your project, prepare your estimate, and plan the work. They are not published, shared publicly, or used in marketing without your explicit permission.
Retention
[Confirm retention period before launch — suggested: photos for requests that do not become jobs are deleted within 90 days; photos for completed jobs are kept with the job record.] You may request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting us.
