Estimates prepared from photos, descriptions, or the rough-estimate calculator are good faith approximations based on the information provided. They are not binding quotes.
What can change the price
- More volume or weight than the photos showed
- Access issues (stairs, long carries, restricted parking)
- Surface conditions discovered on site (damage, heavy staining, large cracks)
- Disposal fees for specific item types
- Additional work requested on the day
Your written quote is what you pay
Before any work begins, you receive a written quote and approve it. If conditions on site differ from what was described, we discuss any change with you first — we never proceed at a changed price without your approval.
